(Doesn’t suddenly make the fight for marriage equality a nobel fight. Prioritizing protecting the property of middle class gays while the rest of the marginalized can starve is no noble fight. But let’s not pretend it was ever about anything other than a fight about money. In capitalism, where we have to sell our labor to survive, oppression is about money every damn time.)
