October 21 2016 – After Turkish police raid the studio of outspoken Left-wing band Grup Yorum and smash their equipment, they respond by recording a new video using their broken instruments. Thanks to my girlfriend for showing me the video ❤
November 23 2016 – All members of Grup Yorum have been arrested by the Turkish government using the ‘state of emergency’ to arrest all opposition to the AKP.
March 1 2017 – All members of Grup Yorum have been released now, after 96 days in prison.
