omg someone hold me, MY SIDES “what if meat-eaters did the same thing” BUDDY. You have NO IDEA how much meat gets shoved in our faces, often literally by people who think they’re hilarious. Marketing for meat products is intensive and relentless, and dairy propaganda is everywhere in Australia (can’t speak for the rest of the world but Supporting Our Dairy Farmers is a thing here). This shit is so common and so accepted you have no idea it’s even happening, and so it’s confronting to you when you hear the opposite opinion once or twice.

This reminds me of that post
