Check out this documentary on the rise of the neo-Nazi Golden Dawn party in Greece.

I know I only recently made a post about Golden Dawn, but this is extremely serious!

Golden Dawn doesn’t just attack immigrants –

They’ve infiltrated the police force and judiciary. For years it’s been impossible to incarcerate them for their crimes because the police has too many of them. They get away with assaulting immigrants and refugees, leftist protesters, even other Members of Parliament. Thus the police is free to literally torture leftists but Golden Dawn is practically untouchable.

They throw molotovs at refugee camps.

They’ve launched attacks on Egyptian immigrants while they were working.

They murdered Shehzad Luqman, a Pakistani immigrant, without provocation.

They killed Pavlos Fyssas, a well-known music artist, because he was anti-fascist.

They nearly beat a university student to death because they thought he was against them.

They physically assaulted a woman on national television because they didn’t agree with her.

They raided a school because it was attended by refugee children.

They’re teaching kids the Nazi salute and recruiting minors in their youth group.

They assaulted a Member of Parliament because “he wasn’t showing them enough respect”.

Golden Dawn is a terrorist organization. The government isn’t doing anything about it, the police is aiding them,

Left-wing activists and anarchists are trying to repress the party, demonstrating against them, countering their attacks by doing drive-by shootings or blowing up their offices. Unfortunately, this is just one of the many problems Greece is dealing with, and it would be virtually impossible to crack down on the party without creating a civil war.

Golden Dawn is what remains of a fallen fascist dictatorship. We can’t let them rise again.
