If someone talks about their utopia, or a revolution they think should happen, 

And you ask a question about safety, medicine, food distribution etc. during and after the revolution. 

And their response involves pointing out that there’s currently overpopulation so a few deaths wouldn’t hurt.

That person supports an effective genocide of the sick, disabled and vulnerable. And you may punch them. Hard. Repeatedly.
