Six:
Kenneth Zucker
Blair White*
Walt Heyer
Paul McHugh
James Cantor
R. Blanchard

Remember these names. If you see these names, shit is about to go down. Any organization that allows these people to soeak at their event is either very ignorant or willfully platforming a massive transphobe.
These are horrible people. They lie, they publish bad ‘research’, they promote abusive therapies. They have all been discredited a thousand times yet they continue to get invited by media and conferences desperate for a transphobic ‘expert’ to hide their bigotry behind.

Blair White doesn’t claim to be a scientist so if you could transphobic pseudo-scientists, yeah it’s literally five people

Followup tweets by Katelyn Burns in text format:

“Wait do cis people not realize that the ‘sources’ cited in almost every anti-trans article are only like 5 different people? Like literally it’s five people who make a *KILLING* off of pandering to society’s transphobia. Zucker, Cantor, McHugh, Bailey, and Blanchard. If you see an anti-trans article, the science cited will include at least one of them.
Zucker once ran 105 “masculinizing sessions” on a child in an attempt at forcing desistence of GNC behavior. McHugh’s research conveniently always *precisely* aligns with Catholic dogma. Weird.
Bailey parroted Blanchard’s “research” for a book that sold well but was pretty widely discredited. Cantor is a former colleague of both Blanchard and Zucker and labels being a trans woman (not man) as a sexual paraphilia (like pedophilia). They literally all studied and worked together and often provided peer review in an otherwise thin field of research. There is very little anti-trans research outside of these five and their extended network of peers.
When people talk about an echo chamber, this is the textbook definition.“
