On Sun, 8th of July 2017 about 1:30 am one of the lawyers of the Hamburg legal aid team was attacked by several policemen, who grabbed him in his face, twisted his arm and dragged him out of the pre-charge detention centre. Moments before this lawyer was having a consultation with his client, who afterwards was forced to undress completely. At this time police is increasingly carrying out this type of body-search after detained people had been in contact with their lawyers as well as before. As the on-scene lawyer objected this body-search he was physically attacked.
