An alle, die die Möglichkeiten dazu haben, bitte supported Out Of Action, wenn ihr könnt, und nehmt es in Anspruch, wenn ihr es braucht, ich kann nicht in Worte fassen, wie wichtig es ist, emotionalen bzw. psychischen Support zu haben, wenn man beispielsweise nach massiven Gewalterfahrungen bei einer Demo völlig traumatisiert und demoralisiert ist.

I don’t know what I would have done without these wonderful people this weekend. To all who have the means, please support Out Of Action, if you can, and to all who have the needs, get their help if you need it, I cannot put into words how important it can be to have emotional and psychological support, if for example you’ve just been utterly traumatized and demoralized by massive violence at a demonstration.
