Every time It’s Going Down or Unicorn Riot leaks the internal emails or chats of alt-right groups, it is just so bizarre to me to see how rude they are to each other. Like I wouldn’t even get close to an anarchist or socialist group where I am regularly insulted or demeaned, like I love myself and I love to feel good about myself with my friends. And my comrades make me feel better and help me when I am feeling low – that’s the way people are supposed to treat each other. Like how much self-hatred do these people have. It would be the most pathetic thing if it weren’t so dangerous.

I don’t know if it’s self hatred or just an extreme form of toxic masculinity. They see kindness and civility as weakness and thus they are constantly disparaging towards everyone they interact with. It’s really sad and sick.
