Just because you are non-binary doesn’t mean you can do whatever you want. There’s still laws and shit.
Break the laws.
(Try to be gone before the cops arrive. Try not to get your face caught on camera or your finger prints all over shit or your phone on you. Have the number of a good lawyer written on your body. Etc etc.)
Laws are in no wat related to what is actually ethical.
