it literally took me 2.5 seconds to type up the dude’s name and got this.

People that go ‘source?’ on something that takes 2 seconds to google…

I’d rather not have him in my search history (especially since I live in the district).

Duckduckgo and other search engines that don’t track your search history exist.

As do Tor browser and other tools that hide your IP adress.

And there’s always the possibility of going straight to Wikipedia and entering the name there.

All those options create less of a traceable connection between you and a topic than commenting ‘source?’ on a social media post.
