I’m not sure what you mean by ‘liberal institutions’.
Anarchists generally want to abolish institutions is social control, especially centralized, forced and hierarchical control and replace them with voluntary decentralized non-hierarchial community organizing.
So they’d want to abolish centralized parliaments and replace them with
voluntary non-hierarchial
local and community-based decisionmaking.
They’d want to abolish schools and replace them with
voluntary non-hierarchial
community based education as well as spontaneous learning-by-doing-with-others.
They’d want to abolish nuclear families and replace them with
voluntary non-hierarchial
community based care as well as spontaneous
learning-by-living-with-others.
They’d want to abolish businesses and replace them with voluntary non-hierarchial community workplaces as well as spontaneous creating-through-recreation.
They’d want to abolish courts and replace them with non-hierarchial community led transformative justice practices as well as preventing harmful behavior by living with others in a way where everyone’s needs are met and everyone is cared for and heard.
They’d want to abolish centralized media and replace them with
non-hierarchial community based information sharing.
And so on.
If you want to learn about those things, go read some Anarchism 101! I recommend Anarchy Works.
