To every organizer ever: STOP thinking that ‘marganilized communities’ means ‘probably not working during the day’. 

• Disabled people often have day jobs, volunteer, provide care to someone or attend education. 
• Mentally ill people

  often have day jobs, volunteer, provide care to someone or attend education.

• Sex workers

  often have day jobs, volunteer, provide care to someone or attend education.

We all have to sell our damn labor under capitalism even if we’re barely surviving and on top of that many of us are doing stuff to improve our situation and to support our loved ones and our communities. 

STOP seeing marganilized people as defined by victimhood. STOP planning your fucking events at noon on a week day. We’re BUSY getting shit done.
