“Love & Solidarity with Hambach Forest!
Death to RWE & it’s World!”
The remaining wilderness of the Hambach Forest in Germany is currently being destroyed to make way for the expansion the largest open cut brown coal mine in Europe, owned by energy giant RWE.
For the past five years Hambach has been the site of an inspiring eco struggle as anarchist and environmentalists have occupied what remains of the forest, building dozens of barricades and treehouses to defend the remaining wilderness.
