Historically, the response from Social Democrats to such events has often been “We are NOT a mob, we’re civil and lawful. You should be arresting these unlawful antifascists and anarchists to the left of us instead! We’ll even help you!”.  So be on the look out for that too. (this, by the way, only ever delays violence against the democrats, it doesn’t effectively prevent it.)
