Whatever acceptance for non-binary identities exists in society (and it is very limited as it is) is closely tied to the idea of youth being allowed to experiment a bit as long as that experiment is temporary. So take care of your older nonbinary folks. Take care of your nonbinary folks slipping out of ‘young adulthood’. … Continue reading

Extremism
The word ‘extremist’ was invented to control political thought, plain and simple. If you want to change too much, if you perceive the existing injustice as unbearable, if your passion for change is too strong, if you do not accept the limits that have been put on what we can talk about and what worlds … Continue reading Extremism
Revolutionary Yiddishland : A History of Jewish Radicalism by Alain Brossat and Sylvie Klingberg “Jewish radicals manned the barricades on the avenues of Petrograd and the alleys of the Warsaw ghetto; they were in the vanguard of those resisting Franco and the Nazis. They originated in Yiddishland, a vast expanse of Eastern Europe that, before … Continue reading
Me: So about that police brutality in Hamburg right now that’s- Liberals: Error! Conversations about police brutality can not be initiated without a signed statement in threefold completely embracing non-violence and formally distancing yourself from all the ‘bad activists’. Any conversations on police brutality initiated without the proper paperwork will be diverted back to a … Continue reading
People get the rulers they never asked for
‘People get the rulers they deserve’ is probably the biggest case if victim blaiming ever. It is never going to be true, no matter whether you are blaming the German people for Hitler or the Russians for Putin. Many of us have never been represented by someone we voted for. Many of us have never … Continue reading People get the rulers they never asked for
Anarchy is controversal and stupid it denyes itself. If only rule is that there are no rules than it’s a paradox. And let us not get started on the topic of how uncivilazied the whole concept is. So my question is what makes anarchist so diffrent from somebody like caveman? They didn’t have any gods, pope, bishops, laws, govorment, presidents, or any tax to pay at all just like your preachings. So what makes you better than them?
From the look of your blog you seem primarily concerned with using short replies to insult people who are trying to make the world a little better. I don’t really expect that you will take the time to read my long answer. But maybe other people do want to read it so I am writing … Continue reading Anarchy is controversal and stupid it denyes itself. If only rule is that there are no rules than it’s a paradox. In some anarchist circles, the initial onset of the Green Scare was met with a panic that rivaled the response to the September 11 attacks. This, of course, was exactly what the government wanted: quite apart from bringing individual activists to “justice,” they hoped to intimidate all who see direct action as the most effective … Continue reading
How can I be a better ally to anarchism and queer people in my community?
For a start: realize that you can not be an ally to a population. There are queer people who, like me, strive for a revolution not only of how we fuck, love and live our genders but of the whole fucking system. Who see their queer identity as a stepping stone to solidarity with all … Continue reading How can I be a better ally to anarchism and queer people in my community?
Violence & Achieving change
Anarchists are often speaking to outsiders in defense of why we accept, in fact why we need, violence, property damage, illegality and riots. When we need to constantly defend something, it becomes difficult to question parts of it sincerely within our own ranks. So people who are too stuck in this conversation are probably gonna … Continue reading Violence & Achieving change
Tell non-anarchist how to fight while criminalized.
Shit’s getting tough and a lot of anarchists are leaving their own social bubble to spread the word that real resistance to fascist governments is possible. I love that. But I see some stuff missing. Posts about the theory of anarchism are good (and if they’re full of short words and practical examples I probably … Continue reading Tell non-anarchist how to fight while criminalized.
