Putting two people in complete control of another person (who is particularly vulnerable and has few legal rights) and then having no oversight for the whole arrangement is the absolute worst idea.

No, the nazis never supported community child rearing. In fact they worshipped the nuclear family. The image of the working (or soldiering) father and the childbearing mother was at the core of their ideology and heavily emphasized in their ideology. Tax laws favourited married couples and having many children. ‘Mothercrosses’ were awarded to mothers who raised many children.

Within the nazi party there were sections entirely devoted to the question of how to perfectly implement nazi ideology and they debated everything, from herbal medicine to tibetan archeology, so if you look long enough you’re bound to find some nazi somewhere arguing for community child raising but that was absolutely never an accepted part of their ideology. The exact opposite is true: the nazis were always heavily in favor of the nuclear family.
