Well according to this, you’re now bisexual if you feel sexual attraction to both cis people AND trans people
Yeah, anyone who includes ‘2 sexes’ in the definition of bisexuality is full of shit. (Luckily people doing that seem to be rare as far as I can see)
Attraction to people regardless of what exact physical bits they’ve got it in their pants is just ‘not being a transphobe’. That’s it.
Like, unless you wanna argue that human sexual and romantic attraction takes place only after both people have taken a look at each others genitals to make sure that they match their preferred genitals, you have got to admit that sexual orientation is about GENDER.
And if you meet a person of your prefered gender and you like everything about that person until you find out that what is in their pants is not what you expected… I got news for you. Caring more about someones bits than about who they are as a person is pretty shit and I garuantee you transphobia has something to do with why you feel that way.
(Also intersex is not a gender identity wtf)
Quick question, i don’t see the big diff between cis and trans, but i tend to go for cis females and either trans or cis males, (have no idea when it comes to non-binary) but I would like to know if im still to be considered bi?
Hey, obviously you’re still bi but I would strongly suggest looking into why, in a society that consistently presents trans women as disgusting and fundimentally undesirable, you do not feel desire towards trans women. Cause, ya know, there’s a pretty good chance you soaked some of that stuff up.
Trans women are short and tall, fat and thin, soft and boney, funny, shy, bold, femme, butch, punk, goth, supermodel and bookworm. They’re teachers, librarians, lawyers, rockstars, activists, shopkeepers and pilots. They’re as diverse and wonderful as, well, any other demographic on the planet.
Being attracted to women but not trans women is not something that happens naturally, it’s something our transphobic society pushes hard.
